Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) support

All services are tailored to client needs and may vary based on individual agreements.
3. Bookings and Payments
3.1 Booking Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed once agreed in writing (email or booking system) and may require payment in advance.
3.2 Fees
Fees are outlined prior to service delivery and may include:
Fixed session rates
Day or half-day rates
Custom package pricing
3.3 Payment Terms
Payment is required prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed
Invoices must be paid within the specified timeframe
Late payments may result in delayed or withheld services
3.4 Travel Costs
For face-to-face services, additional travel and accommodation costs may apply and will be discussed and agreed upon prior to booking.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
4.1 Client Cancellations
More than 48 hours’ notice: no fee or full credit
Less than 48 hours’ notice: up to 50% of service fee may apply
Same-day cancellation: full fee may be charged
4.2 ECCC Cancellations
ECCC reserves the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances. Alternative dates or refunds will be offered where appropriate.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and relevant information
Ensure staff availability and participation
Maintain a respectful and professional environment
Implement recommendations at their discretion
ECCC is not responsible for outcomes where recommendations are not implemented.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by ECCC (including training resources, templates, frameworks, and reports) remain the intellectual property of ECCC unless otherwise agreed.
Clients may:
Use materials within their service
Share internally with their team
Clients may not:
Reproduce, distribute, or sell materials externally
Use materials for commercial training without written permission
7. Confidentiality
ECCC respects client confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive information without consent, except where required by law.
Clients agree not to share proprietary ECCC materials or methodologies externally.
8. Disclaimer
ECCC provides professional advice based on experience and knowledge of the early childhood sector. However:
We do not guarantee specific assessment or rating outcomes
Responsibility for compliance remains with the service provider
Recommendations are advisory in nature
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ECCC is not liable for:
Indirect or consequential loss
